Three arrests made so far in alleged police recruitment corruption scandal.
More than 1,000 SAPS trainees nationwide who passed all their assessment criteria tests were allegedly omitted from the final list and replaced with people who had paid bribes to recruitment officers.
The arrests are related to allegations that recruits paid bribes so they could enrol in SAPS schools without having to complete challenging tests.
The 10,000 new constables that marched the streets last year included some of those who illegally slipped through the cracks.
