Tory Lanez’s team is wasting no time in responding to the latest lawsuit involving the entertainer.
As we previously reported, a couple named Krisha and Jesse Grullon claimed that Tory sideswiped them with his Bentley in Miami during New Year’s Day 2021. They alleged that Tory didn’t even check on them after he allegedly hit their vehicle while coming off the highway. Instead, they claimed he allegedly took off without thinking twice. They added that the worst part of it all was that Krisha was 4 months pregnant at the time.
Tory’s attorney, Andell Brown, is now hitting back, completely denying that the sideswipe even happened. Brown tells @tmz_tv that the filing is ultimately baseless and will be laughed out of court. Furthermore, Brown says it’s odd the alleged incident happened in January, yet the claim wasn’t made to Tory’s insurance until July…
