Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Students of Wits University have yell for ‘Pravin must go’ as they chase Public Enterprise Minister, Pravin Gordhan, away over loadshedding issue. (Read More Here).
In the trending video, the students were heard shouting ‘Pravin must go’ and it immediately made the security come up on the podium. (Read More Here).
“You have the nerve to show yourself in public and talk to us as if everything is normal. You’ve destroyed our lives, we live in the dark” – Wits student (2022) .
These are the words that got him pointing fingers and shouting at students, before being whisked away by security.
According to information, Public Enterprise Minister Pravin Gordhan delivered a lecture at the Wits school on reforming state-owned entities.
Pravin in his address told students that the reason we have load shedding is because of low quality coal and that we need renewables.
According to information, Nkateko Muloiwa, a master’s candidate at wits University asks minister Gordhan why he refuses to take accountability of state capture. He says Pravin was finance minister in the Zuma years. He’s call for accountability was acknowledged by students as they disrupted the lecture.
