Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Metro FM has fired veteran radio presenter, Mpho ‘MoG’ Modise. (Read More Here).
Taking to social media, popular South African commentator, Phil, revealed the Gist.
He wrote: “RADIO:
“Metro FM has fired Mo G
According to a statement from the station, his contract was terminated due to material breach of contract.”
Recall that Mo G went viral in June as he was seen fighting and refusing to give back Jabu Brown his car.
“The South African Broadcasting Corperation (SABC) has parted ways with Mr. Mpho Modise, also known as Mo G. This follows the termination of his contract, due to material breach of contract. METRO FM Business Manager, Ms. Kina Nhlengethwa stated that “METRO FM will communicate in due course who will take over the show and a big thank you to the team who has held the fort during this period” wrote METRO FM in a statement.
