Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Tyson Fury has defeated Whyte in a boxing match tonight by giving him a ‘upper cut.’ (Read More Here).
It was an uppercut of beauty in front of 94,000 fans at Wembley, and the one shot Whyte seemingly can not escape from – ask Alexander Povetkin.
Whyte managed to get back to his feet, but wobbled towards the referee who had an easy decision to call it off.
Whyte barely gave Fury a look as the referee brought them together before the first bell sounded.
The challenger began the fight unusually fighting southpaw – and he made a decent enough start.
But an error crept in when Whyte got his angles wrong with his new stance and was caught with a big right 30 seconds to go.
Whyte then turned orthodox for the second round, just to keep the crowd on their toes.
It was a hard one to score as both were still feeling each other out, but Whyte seemed a bit slow on his feet.
Both men appeared angry at the start of the third, Fury seemingly wary of Whyte leading in with his head.
But the Gypsy King had the smile back on his face in no time as he started to out-skill his fellow Brit with some solid rights to the head and body.
But the fourth descended into fury, with the defending champ accusing Whyte of butting him – even though it was Whyte who was cut.
The referee separated the two and warned them about rough-house tactics.
But it continued – to the dismay of the crowd with a cup seemingly thrown at the fighters by someone ringside.
