Nasty C’s ‘Strings And Bling’ becomes first SA Hip Hop album to surpass 20-million streams on Spotify

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Nasty C’s ‘Strings And Bling’ has became the first SA Hip Hop album to surpass 20-million streams on Spotify. (Read More Here).

The album was released by Universal Music Group on 6 July 2018. 

It has won two South African Music Awards for Best Hip Hop Album and Best Produced Album. 

Nasty C, whose real name is Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, broke onto the music scene in 2012 with his debut mixtape, ‘One Kid, A Thousand Coffins
