2021/2022 Ghana Premier League Top scorer, Yaw Annor, has successfully switched nationality to play for Togo. (Read More Here).
He has been handed first Togo call-up for Ivory Coast and Equatorial Guinea friendlies.
Statement reads:
“Receive the greetings of the Togolese Federation. We would like to inform you that your player Annor Yaw is preselected for the international friendly matches Cote D’ivoire vs Togo/ Equatorial Guinea vs Togo, which will take place in Paris and Casablanca on 24 and 27 2022.
“To this end, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the status and transfer of FIFA players, we kindly ask you to make the said player available to the Togolese football federation, from 19 to 17 September 2022, included in the case he is selected in the final roster. “
