Ingredients used:

1. All purpose flour

2. 1 cup light brown sugar 

3. 3-6 tbsps molasses

For The Spice:

1. 2 lemon zest

2. 2 orange zest

3. 2 tsp cinnamon 

4. 2 tsp cloves

5. 2 tsp baking powder 

6. 1 tsp salt 

For Dried Fruit:

1. 350g dried cranberries 

2. 300g Rasins

3. 300g pecans 

Wet Ingredients:

1. 6 large eggs 

2. 360 ml rum of water 

3. 2 tbsps baileys (Irish cream wine)
