(Read More Here). The warehouse belonging to the JNE expedition company on Jalan Pakapuran, Curug, Cimanggis, Depok City caught fire, Monday (12/9/2022) morning. The fire also scorched hundreds of thousands of EIGER products.
EIGER Adventure GM ECommerce Jason Wuysang said that the JNE warehouse stored hundreds of products belonging to EIGER Adventure.
As a result of this incident, thousands of orders that had been received through the marketplace or the official Eiger website had to be cancelled.
“Refunds that have been paid by consumers will be automatically processed by the system on each platform,” he said.
In the aftermath of the fire that occurred at the JNE Warehouse, EIGER apologized for having to cancel orders from buyers.
“The step we will take is to temporarily close the official accounts on Shopee and TikTok Shop until we finish moving the warehouse to another location, so that we can quickly meet Eigerian needs,” Jason explained.
“Orders through eigeradventure.com and official accounts on Tokopedia and Lazada can still be done. To meet the needs of Eigerians who order through eigeradventure.com, we will cooperate with the nearest shops from the Eigerian location to send their orders,” he added.
