17 Year old Karabo Ntolwane from Meadowlands Zone 11 commits suicide. The train driver alleged that the victim was lying on the tracks when he was trembled upon by train number 9340 at Mzimhlophe Railway Station.
The deceased was identified by her mother Mary Ntolwane.
It is alleged that Karabo took his own life after receiving his school report that indicated that he had failed his Grade 9.
On the day of the incident, Karabo visited his mother in Meadowlands Zone 11. The mother mentioned to the police that she noticed that her son was not OK.
It is alleged that she saw a picture on Social media whereby the community mentioned that a young boy has been hit by a train and that they cannot identify the school uniform he was wearing, she then proceeded to the train station, on arrival she discovered that it was her son.
